This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Identify emerging markets, analyze business requirements, and formulate and implement strategic plans to gain market share.
• Plan and execute comprehensive sales strategies while directly engaging with potential clients.
• Establish cooperative relationships with key decision-makers.
• Create focused go-to-market strategies utilizing national marketing resources.
• Organize events and outreach initiatives to connect with targets and enhance the Roxtec brand.
• Assess the needs and challenges of prospective accounts and position Roxtec solutions accordingly.
• Engage in pursuit processes to guide prospects through all phases of the sales journey.
• Develop and negotiate competitive pricing models.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership to set business development targets, objectives, and strategies.
• Build networking connections with customers, industry organizations, and business partners.
• Act as a consultant to leaders, project participants, and clients.
• Cultivate a sales pipeline that meets annual revenue growth objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and participate in sales, trade, and product training sessions.
• Assess sales potential, create budgets, and manage sales tracking and administrative reporting.
• Deliver technical presentations and provide product installation training.
• Utilize CRM software to oversee daily sales activities, manage contacts, prepare quotations, track communications, and handle project management.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to foster positive customer relationships.
• Remain knowledgeable about Roxtec's internal policies and Core Values.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Commitment to Value Added Selling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodologies.
• Strong skills in time and travel management.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Significant experience leading intricate sales processes involving various team members and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Preferred experience with industry associations and/or non-profit organizations.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Regional travel is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales; technical and/or project sales experience is preferred.
• Must wear PPE as necessary.
• Designated as a safety-sensitive role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the requirement for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
