
Business Development Representative – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Perform outbound outreach targeting enterprise businesses worldwide, aiming for over 100 prospects each month.
• Qualify and advance early-stage prospects that have been sourced.
• Leverage technology and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Streamline research, enrichment, list creation, and personalization at scale through automation.
• Identify and evaluate new personas, defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on feedback.
• Sharpen positioning while entering new markets or segments.
• Develop and assess sequences based on a hypothesis with documented outcomes for each.
• Uphold the integrity of HubSpot data and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Collaborate with marketing to convert event and inbound follow-ups.
• Partner with strategic account executives.
• Share insights that influence future business strategies and gain visibility with senior management.
• Proven history of rapid advancement: experience as an SDR or BDR, consulting, or a self-initiated project.
• Proficient with contemporary GTM tools: HubSpot along with Clay, Unify, Cognism, AirSpeed, n8n, or similar.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) beyond chat applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise or multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making phone calls and establishing rapport quickly with new contacts.
• Confident phone demeanor and disciplined approach to follow-through.
• Persistence and selectivity suited for enterprise engagement.
• Commitment to Goodstack’s mission.
• Ability to script (Python, SQL) or possess considerable no-code expertise is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the nonprofit, social impact, or WPG sectors is a plus.
• Experience in early-stage environments without established playbooks, or in launching new markets, is beneficial.
• Experience in multi-product selling is advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to work during EST hours.
