
Business Development Representative – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Generate interest and awareness of Oyster through outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to enhance pipeline velocity for mid-market and SMB segments.
• Qualify leads and arrange high-value meetings that convert into sales opportunities.
• Present and effectively communicate Oyster’s global employment platform to targeted buyers.
• Organize, streamline, and manage the sales pipeline for greater efficiency and predictable outcomes.
• Act as the market's voice and work together with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other go-to-market teams to translate buyer insights into strategic initiatives.
• Acquire and enhance sales skills through enablement, training, and coaching in a global sales environment.
• Must be currently located in the EMEA region.
• At least 6 months of proven success in a customer-focused role such as sales, hospitality, customer success, or recruiting.
• Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools, including Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• A genuine passion for remote work and an interest in trends influencing the global workplace.
• Reliable home internet connection or the ability to secure one.
• Proficient in English.
• Authorized to work in your current location.
• Strong strategic research and data synthesis abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to change and quick mastery of new tools, including AI, and processes.
