This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.
• Engage with current Docker users who are likely to purchase commercial licenses.
• Assess the needs and challenges of potential customers.
• Gauge prospects’ interest in Docker solutions.
• Arrange discovery meetings between sales representatives and prospective clients.
• Meet targets for qualified leads and new opportunities.
• Address and qualify incoming inquiries about Docker products.
• Create a positive first impression and provide value at every customer interaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback.
• Contribute to team development and mentoring initiatives.
• Research target accounts and develop territory-specific prospecting strategies.
• Compile prospecting lists for target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Execute outreach through cold calls, emails, chats, and social media platforms.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Docker products and deliver persuasive pitches.
• Comply with team KPI metrics and prospecting standards.
• Enhance messaging, processes, and daily operations.
• Conduct lead qualification, set appointments, facilitate warm handoffs, manage Salesforce hygiene, and oversee pipeline management.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales position.
• Proven history of success in sales.
• Exceptional phone, writing, and listening abilities.
• Eagerness to develop a robust understanding of the industry and Docker's product use cases and value propositions.
• High level of integrity and a team-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of application.
