Business Development Representative, Dutch Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop target account lists and conduct research on prospects within the Dutch-speaking market

• Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn

• Initiate conversations with support and customer experience leaders

• Qualify incoming leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives

• Ensure a well-maintained CRM and provide reports on effective activities

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams on messaging and campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or proficient fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written)

• Over 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

• Highly organized, persistent, and comfortable with outbound outreach efforts

• Exceptional English communication skills: articulate writing and confident speaking

• Capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced startup environment, with a focus on speed, customer impact, and execution
