This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume and manage the company's established outbound sales strategy on a full-time basis.
• Schedule and conduct qualified introductory meetings with hospital CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and similar financial decision-makers.
• Utilize email and phone as the primary channels for outbound communication.
• Achieve independent quota status by the end of the fourth month, assessed by the number of meetings held.
• Take ownership of and expand the target account list within the first 30 days.
• Verify and enhance CRM coverage of designated hospitals and health systems.
• Create a consistent daily outbound routine within the first 60 days.
• Maintain follow-up communication across multi-week and multi-month sequences.
• Convert interested prospects into scheduled introductory calls.
• Record every activity, objection, next step, and follow-up date in the CRM on the same day.
• Identify which messaging resonates with hospital financial decision-makers by the end of the third month.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to refine the sales pitch.
• Report directly to the CEO.
• Capable of making outbound calls to senior executives and maintaining engagement with a prospect for weeks or months.
• Proficient in crafting outreach messages that elicit responses from busy executives.
• Exhibits disciplined daily output without the need for supervision.
• Strong documentation and system management skills.
• US work authorization is required.
• Must have a functional home office setup.
• Availability to work during US business hours.
• Preferred, though not mandatory: three or more years of sales experience.
• Preferred, though not mandatory: at least one promotion within a sales role.
• Preferred, though not mandatory: bachelor's degree.
• Preferred, though not mandatory: exposure to healthcare or health systems.
• Military equivalents may include roles such as recruiter, career counselor, retention NCO, independent duty, watch bill ownership, recruiting station mission, staff work, taskers, message traffic, award and evaluation writing, recruiting management systems, personnel systems, and maintenance or watch logs.
• Approximately $90,000 in on-target earnings in the first year, combining base salary and commission.
• Unlimited upside potential, with performance exceeding targets leading to increased total earnings.
• Guaranteed on-target earnings for roughly the first four months during the ramp-up period.
• Computer and all necessary technology will be provided.
• CRM ready with contacts on the first day.
• Access to Apollo.
• AI tools included.
• HubSpot implementation in progress.

• Option to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
• Onsite work preferred where available, but not a hiring condition.
