This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage outreach efforts targeting oncologists who refer patients to Trial Library.
• Develop and sustain lists of community oncology practices, medical groups, and provider organizations in key regions.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Arrange qualified meetings with clinical and practice decision-makers for provider engagement and operations teams.
• Confirm and reconfirm scheduled meetings to reduce no-show rates.
• Clearly communicate Trial Library's value proposition to practices, detailing the company's objectives, expectations from practices, and patient benefits.
• Implement a structured multi-touch follow-up strategy and maintain outreach cadences.
• Accurately log calls, emails, contacts, and outcomes in Salesforce.
• Re-engage cold, stalled, or previously contacted practices.
• Provide weekly reports on activity, scheduled meetings, meetings held, and subsequent referral activity.
• Share insights regarding objections, workflow challenges, competing programs, and factors affecting practice adoption.
• Document contact history, context, and next steps prior to each handoff.
• Facilitate the transition of held meetings to the provider engagement team.
• Report directly to the Director of Provider Partnerships.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, physician outreach, provider relations, medical device or diagnostics sales, or practice development.
• Proven experience in cold outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a history of securing meetings with clinical decision-makers.
• Comfortable and effective in phone communications with physician offices, including navigating through gatekeepers.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining clinical programs clearly and credibly.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to achieve measurable weekly targets with minimal oversight.
• Preferred experience calling on oncology practices, or a background in clinical trials or clinical research.
• Strongly preferred existing relationships with oncologists, medical groups, or community practices.
• Experience in an early-stage or startup environment is preferred.
• Must reside in the United States.
