β’ Establish the initial significant connection between Pantheon and prospective customers
β’ Analyze priority accounts and pinpoint the appropriate decision-makers
β’ Comprehend business challenges and develop a qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team
β’ Manage and prioritize a portfolio of target accounts
β’ Investigate companies, technologies, organizational changes, business priorities, and buying signals
β’ Identify stakeholders and facilitate multi-threaded conversations across strategic accounts
β’ Provide clear, tailored outreach through phone, email, social selling, referrals, and events
β’ Conduct cold calls with prospects and lead initial qualification and discovery discussions
β’ Grasp priorities, pain points, urgency, stakeholders, and fit
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies, qualification, handoffs, and next steps
β’ Work with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, content, and account insights
β’ Ensure accurate and actionable Salesforce and account intelligence
β’ Experiment, learn, and refine strategies based on conversion and pipeline data
β’ Utilize approved AI tools to summarize research, prioritize accounts and contacts, prepare messaging and calls, analyze engagement and pipeline, and enhance workflows
β’ Verify facts, edit all communications, safeguard confidential information, adhere to Pantheon policies, and refrain from sending unreviewed AI-generated outreach
β’ Meet targets for qualified pipeline, conversion, engagement, opportunity quality, research quality, CRM hygiene, and agreed-upon goals
β’ Over 12 months of experience in sales development, business development, outbound prospecting, or a similar sales role
β’ Proven history of fulfilling your role, managing objectives, and enhancing performance
β’ Excellent account research, writing, phone, and social-selling abilities
β’ A keen interest in technology and the functioning of digital teams
β’ An analytical, coachable, and resourceful mindset
β’ Strong organizational skills across multiple accounts and stakeholders
β’ Comfort with the thoughtful and responsible use of AI and sales technology
β’ A collaborative attitude and a genuine desire to develop a long-term GTM career
β’ Experience in SaaS, WebOps, digital, MarTech, cloud, or enterprise sales is a plus
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Nooks, or similar tools is advantageous
β’ Background in ABM, strategic prospecting, multi-threading, or enterprise sales is beneficial
β’ Experience using AI to enhance research, writing, analysis, or workflow design is an advantage
β’ Visa sponsorship is currently unavailable
