Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage quality leads and respond to incoming email and telephone inquiries.

• Proactively identify new sales opportunities via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.

• Evaluate or create opportunities for NB’s products.

• Qualify potential clients and methodically introduce Sales for deeper engagement.

• Inspire ideas and narrate product stories to prospective customers.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Cultivate extensive knowledge of product features and advantages.

• Regularly update the CRM system.

• Leverage virtual meetings to foster relationships with new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated success in handling both incoming and outgoing calls.

• Prior experience in the SaaS industry is essential.

• Familiarity with North American and EMEA market segments.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong listening and presentation skills.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com is mandatory.

• Experience with cold outreach, understanding client challenges, and inside sales is advantageous.

• Availability for an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with no evening hours required.
