Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage high-quality leads and respond to inbound inquiries via email and phone.

• Proactively identify new sales opportunities through email outreach, LinkedIn, and cold calls.

• Evaluate or create opportunities for NB’s product offerings.

• Qualify potential clients and systematically engage Sales for deeper interaction.

• Share innovative ideas and communicate product narratives to prospective customers.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze competitors.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of product features and their advantages.

• Consistently update the CRM system with relevant information.

• Leverage virtual meetings to foster relationships with new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated success in managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Experience in SaaS is mandatory.

• Familiarity with the North American and EMEA market segments.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong listening and presentation skills.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com is essential.

• Experience in cold outreach, understanding client limitations, and inside sales is advantageous.
