This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct cold calls, send emails, and prospect businesses to establish a qualified pipeline, create new business opportunities, and increase revenue.
• Assess prospects through consultative discovery to gain insights into their business, marketing challenges, and budget considerations.
• Focus on opportunities that align with Logical Position's services and approved industries.
• Effectively communicate and promote Logical Position's value proposition.
• Illustrate how digital marketing services, expertise, technology, and partnerships can assist potential clients in enhancing performance and growth.
• Take ownership and consistently meet individual sales objectives, which include new revenue, closed business, qualified pipeline generation, productivity, and other essential performance metrics.
• Keep accurate CRM records and timely sales notes.
• Follow company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards diligently.
• Represent services, pricing, and expected outcomes accurately while making only authorized commitments.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or revenue-generating roles.
• Proven experience in engaging prospective customers through outbound phone and email outreach.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Skill in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and effectively communicating value.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up tasks.
• Basic technical skills with the capacity to learn CRM systems, sales tools, and new technology.
• A coachable attitude and dedication to continuous improvement.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Preference for candidates with B2B sales experience.
• Experience in selling to business owners or other decision-makers is preferred.
• A history of meeting or exceeding sales goals is preferred.
• A structured five-week sales training program.
