This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Conduct research on businesses, establish a personal lead pipeline, and connect with business owners via phone and email outreach.
• Initiate cold calls, send emails, and prospect businesses to cultivate a qualified pipeline, create new business opportunities, and enhance revenue.
• Assess prospects through consultative discovery to comprehend business needs, marketing challenges, and budget constraints.
• Focus on opportunities that align with Logical Position’s services and designated industries.
• Articulate and promote Logical Position’s value proposition, digital marketing services, expertise, technology, and partnerships.
• Meet individual sales targets, which include new revenue, closed business, qualified pipeline generation, productivity, and other critical performance indicators.
• Keep precise CRM records and timely sales notes.
• Adhere to company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Complete a structured five-week sales training program that emphasizes services, the sales process, and the company’s strategy for client success.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or revenue generation.
• Proven experience in engaging potential customers through outbound phone and email outreach.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and effectively communicate value.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage various priorities and follow-up tasks.
• Basic technical skills and the capacity to learn CRM systems, sales tools, and new technologies.
• A coachable attitude and dedication to continuous improvement.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Previous experience selling to business owners or other decision-makers is preferred.
• A history of meeting or surpassing sales goals is preferred.
