This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate Sales Accepted Opportunities through systematic outbound prospecting.
• Take ownership of structured company-wide prospecting initiatives and create a personalized territory strategy.
• Identify key target accounts, craft compelling messaging, execute outreach sequences, and foster relationships that lead to qualified meetings for Account Executive partners.
• Conduct New Logo prospecting for acquiring net-new accounts.
• Spot Cross-Sell opportunities within current customer accounts.
• Maintain consistent, strategic engagement with Tier 1 accounts.
• Develop and uphold a portfolio of target accounts.
• Monitor metrics such as meetings generated, account coverage, follow-up speed, and prospect-to-SAO conversion rates.
• Process and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads in accordance with internal SLAs.
• Transition qualified inbound leads to SAO or decisively disqualify them.
• Provide Marketing with insights on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and market intelligence.
• Utilize Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, intent data, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Maintain CRM and reporting standards to ensure accurate pipeline attribution.
• Analyze conversion metrics, pipeline velocity, and activity levels to enhance prospecting strategies.
• Participate in call reviews, pipeline coaching sessions, and one-on-ones.
• Contribute to the refinement of team strategy and playbook.
• Report to a Business Development leader while collaborating with peer BDRs on a geographically distributed North American team.
• A minimum of 1 year of outbound Sales or Business Development experience or its equivalent (including roles such as SDR, BDR, inside sales, or account development).
• Practical experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with a sales engagement or dialing platform (such as Gong, Orum, or equivalent).
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and confidently articulate value propositions.
• Capacity to independently manage your territory, prioritize tasks, and execute with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, and adapting strategies based on results.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Preferred: experience in selling software related to the Office of the CFO, including FP&A, accounting, ERP, or finance operations tools.
• Preferred: background in an outbound-focused, category-disciplined sales organization.
• Preferred: familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDPICC, account-based marketing (ABM), or intent data platforms.
• Preferred: proven track record of surpassing quota or pipeline generation objectives.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
• Commission target included in the stated sales compensation range.
• Background checks required for employment where permitted by country, state/province.
