Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Perform market research to identify potential leads and collect insights on industry trends.

• Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

• Evaluate leads to determine their potential for sales opportunities.

• Arrange and conduct initial meetings or calls with potential clients to understand their needs and present services.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

• Keep customer information current in the CRM system.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.

• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the brand and generate leads.

• Achieve and surpass individual and team goals for lead generation and qualification.

• Provide insights on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to enhance customer value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales.

• Familiarity with cold calling techniques.

• Experience with email prospecting.

• Proficient in using CRM software.

• A self-motivated individual with a proven track record in effective lead follow-up and sales development.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Experience with LinkedIn or social media outreach for lead generation is advantageous.

• Experience in lead qualification is a plus.

• Background in HOA management is a bonus.

• Experience engaging with community association board members is beneficial.
