📋 Description

• Engage in sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads.

• Assist potential students in determining the most suitable educational path to achieve their career aspirations.

• Secure high-ticket program enrollments through a consultative selling approach.

• Keep precise records in our CRM system.

• Regularly meet and surpass sales objectives.

• Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams.

• Provide customer insights and feedback to enhance our programs and sales processes.

• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in high-ticket or consultative selling.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong abilities in building relationships and handling objections.

• Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.

• A self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving results.

• A bachelor's degree is advantageous but not mandatory for outstanding candidates.
