This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct targeted outreach across specific geographical areas and arrange business meetings through email and phone for new business sales teams.
• Engage with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to assess sales readiness, schedule appointments, and transfer qualified prospects for discovery calls.
• Supply sales teams with essential information when following up on qualified leads.
• Create, maintain, and update accounts, contacts, hunts, tasks, and activities within CRM software.
• Oversee incoming lead traffic from the website and sales-line calls or voicemails; document, follow up, and schedule appointments for qualified leads.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the industry, target clients, and key decision-makers.
• Remain updated on Business Unit messaging and the value propositions of solutions offered.
• Comprehend the competitive landscape and competitor offerings to enhance conversations with prospects.
• Respond to prospect inquiries regarding the business and its competitive advantages.
• Strive towards goals related to outreach, qualified meetings, and pipeline contributions while ensuring lead quality is maintained.
• Assist in coordinating speaking engagements at regional industry chapter meetings to increase awareness and generate new leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to pose insightful questions and listen to customer needs.
• Comfortable initiating discussions with potential customers via phone and email.
• Capability to organize prospecting activities, manage multiple leads, and follow through on commitments.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records.
• Proficient in assessing customer needs and determining suitable next steps using established guidelines.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and receptive to feedback and coaching.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing and to learn new products and systems.
• One or more years of experience in sales prospecting, preferably within a technology company.
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales outreach tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside in the United States, possess full working rights, and not require sponsorship.
