This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in targeted vertical markets.
• Develop a robust pipeline by prospecting new clients and enhancing Honeywell’s footprint in existing accounts.
• Position Honeywell’s advancing capabilities early in the customer decision-making process to shape requirements and influence strategy.
• Assist account managers in unlocking additional value streams within current accounts by introducing more Honeywell solutions and digital capabilities.
• Broaden relationships within customer organizations to foster multi-site and multi-solution growth.
• Create strategies that boost Honeywell’s share of wallet and establish long-term competitive advantages.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity creation to negotiation and closure.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and aligning them with Honeywell’s technology and innovation roadmap.
• Build senior-level relationships that facilitate long-term strategic partnerships and cross-portfolio adoption.
• Navigate complex decision-making environments with confidence and political acumen.
• Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to develop compelling, value-driven solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure the successful pursuit and delivery of customer outcomes.
• Advocate for customer needs within Honeywell and influence stakeholders across various functions and leadership levels.
• Support go-to-market strategies that introduce new Honeywell capabilities to the market.
• Proven track record in generating new business and opening new markets, preferably in Industrial Automation or complex solution environments.
• Ability to design and implement growth strategies, influence early buying cycles, and drive long-term expansion.
• Proficient in engaging senior stakeholders and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, customer motivations, and value-based selling.
• Confident communicator who is influential, adaptable, results-driven, and effective in matrix organizations.
• Preferred knowledge in renewable energy, sustainable fuels, data centers, life science processes, and commercial markets.
• Willingness to travel to customer and Honeywell locations, primarily within the UK and occasionally to Europe.
