This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate a qualified pipeline for the Sales team through outbound prospecting and handling inbound lead coverage.
• Take ownership of the initial stage of the sales cycle and schedule high-quality discovery meetings that result in revenue.
• Conduct daily outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent level of activity and disciplined follow-up.
• Research accounts, identify target prospects, and customize outreach efforts.
• Arrange qualified discovery meetings that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account planning, focus, and strategic initiatives.
• Respond promptly to incoming leads.
• Assess interest, confirm suitability, and coordinate discovery meetings.
• Uphold high standards for time-to-first-touch.
• Ensure thorough notes, proper attribution, and defined next steps in Salesforce.
• Conduct early discovery calls to validate need, timing, and intent.
• Establish clear agendas and set expectations with prospects.
• Transition meetings to Account Executives with comprehensive context.
• Safeguard meeting quality and maintain strong conversion rates.
• Keep all activities, notes, and stages accurately updated in Salesforce.
• Adhere to all outbound cadences and routing protocols.
• Submit weekly activity metrics and pipeline generated.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to enhance messaging and targeting.
• 1–3 years of experience as a BDR or SDR is preferred, although strong candidates with less experience will be considered.
• Effective communicator with excellent writing skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound activities and facing rejection.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and contemporary prospecting tools.
• Highly organized, reliable, and consistent.
• Driven by targets and a sense of team cohesion.
