This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to expand Arcadia’s presence within key healthcare organizations.
• Identify, research, and connect with prospects using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of Arcadia’s product features, advantages, and applications.
• Oversee a structured sales pipeline.
• Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn networking, trade shows, discovery calls, and other marketing initiatives.
• Work alongside a sales executive on outreach campaigns, territory account strategies, and funnel advancement.
• Grasp the competitive landscape and articulate Arcadia’s unique value proposition.
• Foster relationships with current Arcadia clients and potential prospects.
• Assist in the development of sales presentations in collaboration with sales engineering, operations, leadership, and representatives.
• Engage in sales planning and strategy discussions.
• Meet sales quotas by qualifying high-potential leads.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and conduct discovery sessions, manage objections, and convey Arcadia’s unique differentiators.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in building a qualified pipeline and recognizing new opportunities within designated accounts.
• Sales experience in health systems, medical groups, or other healthcare organizations.
• Capability to articulate and demonstrate how a complex suite of products aligns with client needs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability to meet customer expectations.
• Competitive drive and a strong desire to succeed.
• Experience in technology sales across health systems, medical groups, or other providers.
• Background in collaborating with health system/provider organizations.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaborate with the Business Development team on strategic projects.
