This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Conduct research to identify potential customers through online platforms, social media, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Create leads and develop a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.
• Evaluate leads based on target market and ideal customer profile criteria.
• Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and various outreach methods.
• Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Provide leads with pertinent information, insights, and resources to nurture their interest.
• Gain an understanding of prospect challenges, pain points, and goals to effectively present company solutions.
• Perform needs assessments and engage in solution-oriented discussions.
• Utilize AESSEAL Group's asset reliability, sustainability, and technical service capabilities.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team during qualified lead handovers and for ongoing sales support.
• Share insights from the market, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with internal teams.
• Oversee and update CRM systems to monitor lead progression, interactions, and results.
• Generate reports and metrics on lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Articulate the value propositions for AESSEAL products and services across various industrial sectors.
• Promote cross-selling of AES Engineering Group products, including AVT Reliability products.
• Manage territory plans, sales pipeline activities, accounts, opportunities, and conduct business reviews.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report territory performance to the line manager.
• Build territories and sell at all organizational levels using persuasive skills and change management strategies.
• Provide customer updates and demonstrate the value and return on investment of AESSEAL.
• Ensure sales practices conform to AESSEAL pricing and margin policies.
• Review contracts and transactions in accordance with AES Global Terms and Conditions.
• Professionally manage quotations, orders, invoicing, and payments.
• Investigate industry trends and competitor activities to pinpoint threats and opportunities.
• Engage with industry networks, social media, marketing, and sector-specific platforms.
• Proven experience in technical sales, commercial negotiations, and related activities.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate, qualify, and nurture leads effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or other sales tools is essential.
• Capable of conducting needs assessments and engaging in solution-oriented conversations.
• Proficient in managing territory plans, sales pipelines, accounts, opportunities, and business reviews.
• Experience in preparing and executing territory sales plans, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Ability to research and analyze industry trends and competitive behavior.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media, and networking platforms within the market sector.
• Awareness of in-country/state legislative compliance challenges related to the industry is preferred.
• Membership in Industry Societies is a plus.
• Capable of meeting or exceeding industry best management practices across multiple sectors.
