This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within PeopleReady Skilled Trades’ Strategic Accounts customer profile.
• Actively seek out targeted construction accounts with a potential of $500K or more.
• Finalize and implement new business agreements.
• Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with contracts and legal departments.
• Work closely with leadership, implementation teams, and clients to set delivery expectations.
• Ensure proper account setup for branch servicing.
• Create pricing models to ensure fair worker compensation and support worker attraction and retention.
• Partner with the internal pricing team to determine suitable pay rates.
• Adhere to gross margin guidelines established by the Vice President of Field Sales.
• Formulate implementation strategies for new accounts in collaboration with leadership and operations.
• Lead field-level sales initiatives to enhance account penetration during the initial year.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews as necessary.
• Travel to client locations as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience selling to senior-level decision-makers.
• At least five years of experience in account management and sales of strategic accounts.
• Prior experience in the staffing industry is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong vision, strategic planning skills, and project management capabilities.
• Proven track record in sales and account retention.
• Established sales strategies that lead to successful prospects and RFP opportunities.
• Skilled at planning, organizing, and optimizing processes efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to persuade and influence an audience.
• Ability to effectively market and sell the company’s value proposition.
• Success in building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to analyze problems, gather data, draw valid conclusions, and make informed decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, particularly focused on electrical trades.
• Preferred existing relationships with large construction and electrical contractors.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be capable of standing, walking, sitting, talking, and/or hearing for extended periods.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
