This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement a strategic sales initiative throughout the Western/Central US.
• Drive prospecting activities and secure high-value service contracts.
• Collaborate with laboratory directors, IT leaders, and QA executives to identify and address informatics challenges.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and CSols’s stellar industry reputation.
• Work alongside technical delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, precise, and customized to client requirements.
• Engage with prospects regarding applied AI trends and showcase business value.
• Keep abreast of trends in life sciences, chemicals, and food and beverage industries.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales.
• Collaborate with delivery experts and fellow sales representatives.
• 5–10 years of demonstrated success in business development or technical sales.
• Experience preferably in laboratory informatics or scientific consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• A background in science, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with laboratory informatics systems like LIMS, ELN, CDS, or analytics is desirable.
• Established industry relationships are a plus.
• Comfortable discussing connected data workflows and AI applications in modern laboratories.
• Ability to convey business value effectively.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capability to translate complex technical requirements into clear executive value propositions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% within the designated territory for client meetings and industry conferences.
