This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and steer the commercial strategy.
• Identify market segments to promote profitable growth.
• Foster strong customer relationships.
• Develop and implement strategy and sales agreements.
• Create deal structures, pricing models, and proposals.
• Support customer negotiations.
• Discover new opportunities with functional partners to innovate products and services.
• Plan and execute strategies to enhance product presence in target markets and key accounts.
• Establish business strategies and plans to achieve order booking and margin objectives.
• Shape and articulate market value propositions.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to boost market share.
• Provide leadership and assistance to channel partners.
• Sustain and expand order booking and operational profit targets.
• Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and the business to fulfill customer needs.
• Aid in the development of products and services that align with customer trends and requirements.
• Contribute to strategy and policy formulation and ensure execution within the designated area of responsibility.
• Analyze data to support recommendations and inform decision-making.
• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues.
• Lead small-scale projects with moderate risks and resource needs.
• Build consensus and influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in STEM or a BA with 5 years of experience in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in power transmission and distribution equipment and/or services.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and customers.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales of power transmission and distribution equipment services.
• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel as required, up to 50%.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.
• Competency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established project management expertise.
