This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Shape and guide the commercial strategy.
• Develop market segments aimed at driving profitable growth.
• Foster customer intimacy.
• Formulate and implement strategies as well as sales agreements.
• Create deal structures, pricing strategies, and proposals.
• Assist in negotiations with customers.
• Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop products and services that promote business growth.
• Create and execute plans to enhance products in target markets and key accounts.
• Define business strategies and plans to achieve order booking and margin objectives.
• Shape and construct market value propositions.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to drive market share expansion.
• Provide leadership and support to channel partners.
• Maintain and enhance order booking and operational profit targets.
• Serve as the main interface between the sales team and the business to meet customer demands and influence outcomes.
• Assist in developing products and services aligned with customer trends and requirements.
• Contribute to strategy and policy formulation and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility.
• Analyze data to support recommendations and make decisions on moderately complex commercial tasks.
• Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues.
• Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource demands.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Bachelor of Science from an accredited university or college in STEM and/or a Bachelor of Arts with 5 years in a directly related field.
• 5 years of experience with power transmission and distribution equipment and/or services.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and customers.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales of power transmission and distribution equipment/services.
• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%.
• Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established project management skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, as applicable.
