This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Drive growth in the premium hair extension market within the professional beauty sector.
• Establish and oversee distribution partnerships.
• Enhance brand visibility in salons and foster enduring relationships throughout the professional beauty network.
• Identify and create customer opportunities with regional distributors, beauty supply chains, and salon networks.
• Manage and expand existing distribution partnerships to boost sell-in and sell-through rates.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to guide regional growth and channel strategies.
• Develop and implement quarterly business plans aimed at achieving sales objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and educational initiatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distribution partners.
• Foster relationships with distributor representatives, salon decision-makers, educators, and beauty professionals.
• Represent the brand at industry trade shows, distributor events, and training summits.
• Collaborate with salon owners and educators to stimulate demand and facilitate product adoption.
• Coordinate training sessions for distributor representatives and salon staff.
• Oversee product launches within the professional channel.
• Provide market insights to influence future product and service offerings.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the beauty, haircare, or CPG sectors.
• Demonstrated success in working with or managing beauty distributors and salon retail channels.
• Comprehensive understanding of the professional beauty ecosystem, including stylists, educators, and salons.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and nurturing long-term business relationships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative, accountability, and the capacity to work independently.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% for in-person meetings, events, and trade shows.
• Passion for beauty, emerging hair trends, and supporting professionals within the salon industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
