This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Promote DeepHealth's product offerings within a designated territory in North UK.
• Establish new client accounts, enhance existing relationships, and finalize multi-year agreements, high-level renewals, and partnerships.
• Take charge of the sales cycle in the territory from identifying qualified opportunities to securing signed agreements.
• Oversee pipeline quality, sales-cycle metrics, funnel health, cycle time, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify and manage decision-making units within hospitals to obtain stakeholder buy-in and finalize contracts.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to build and assess the sales pipeline.
• Transform qualified leads into multi-year contracts.
• Relay product feedback and market insights to product, medical, marketing, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience throughout their engagement.
• Participate in local and global industry trade shows as necessary.
• Initiate market and segment activities that generate new commercial opportunities.
• Engage in frequent travel throughout the territory, with occasional international trips.
• Report to management and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales within healthcare or healthcare technology is required.
• Experience in sales within the UK market, including the NHS, is required.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals in a complex hospital or healthcare IT setting is required.
• Familiarity with hospital decision-making units, particularly in radiology, oncology, or pulmonology, is required.
• Capability to create and implement a go-to-market strategy for the assigned territory and work autonomously is required.
• Comfort in engaging with senior hospital executives is required.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills; local language proficiency as needed for the territory is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 40–50%, and flexibility in working hours is required.
• Experience in selling PACS, RIS, VNA, or EPR systems in the UK is preferred.
• Experience transitioning products from early-adopter stages to mainstream hospital sales is preferred.
• Must adhere to regulatory, quality, privacy, compliance, safety, confidentiality, and local employment regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally is required.
