This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Expand sales within Major Accounts.
• Implement and communicate strategic initiatives, promote program adoption, conduct sales promotions, and provide training for Major Account segments.
• Meet the assigned sales quota for the designated territory.
• Present and effectively communicate the advantages of NAPA Major Account programs.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to share feedback, generate ideas, and provide field insights that enhance program adoption and execution.
• Ensure proper setup of Major Accounts in RAM.
• Coordinate with the Commercial Operations Team on registrations for Major Account clients.
• Lead territory meetings to train local sales teams on the adoption and utilization of Major programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication to Major Accounts.
• Implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Attend, organize, and manage significant events and trade shows.
• Achieve or surpass annual sales targets.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• 3–5 years of prior experience in sales and account management.
• Proven track record of developing new business while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for account meetings, sales meetings, and other engagements.
• Ability to drive long distances and conduct multiple sales calls daily, including overnight stays as necessary.
• Proficiency in understanding and applying sales principles, techniques, and processes.
• Capability to identify, comprehend, and fulfill customer needs while establishing lasting relationships.
• Resilience to recover from setbacks, sustain motivation, and adapt to evolving circumstances.
• Strong commitment to meeting or surpassing sales targets and objectives.
• Knowledge of deal structures that align with sales and profit goals.
• In-depth understanding of product specifications, features, benefits, and brand differentiators.
• Comfort and proficiency using CRM systems, inventory management software, and other sales tools.
• Ability to utilize digital platforms for engaging with customers.
• Proficiency in safely and effectively operating a company vehicle for extended durations in various conditions, including cities, job sites, highways, and interstates.
• Capability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Willingness to attend events after hours and/or on weekends.
• Travel requirements may exceed 50% at any given time.
