This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee sales coverage and manage market/business development services aimed at the aerospace sector.
• Cultivate the market for Incora's products and services within a designated geographical area.
• Travel across the assigned region to engage with current and potential customers for chemical sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales teams to establish and uphold sales initiatives.
• Foster customer relationships through sales interactions, market insights, product knowledge, and awareness of local competitive landscapes.
• Identify, generate, assess, and nurture qualified sales leads into enduring customer relationships.
• Conduct research and present sales opportunities that align with customer needs and objectives.
• Establish new customer connections.
• Maintain customer and prospect data within the CRM database.
• Assess potential opportunities.
• Visit both existing and prospective customers independently or in collaboration with other Incora departments.
• Achieve or surpass annual booking, gross profit dollar, and gross profit percentage targets.
• Build strategic alliances with both potential and existing Incora accounts.
• Relay current customer engagement and prospect status throughout the Incora organization.
• Submit regular sales and expense reports in line with policies and budgetary guidelines.
• Participate in scheduled and spontaneous sales meetings, company-sponsored training sessions, and various events.
• Extensive experience in the aerospace industry is essential.
• Familiarity with aerospace chemicals and the MRO market is preferred.
• A BA or BS degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business is preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Established contacts and working relationships within the aerospace and industrial sectors.
• Strong orientation as a team player and a history of personal development.
• Solid business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated sales experience showcasing proactivity, attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and task prioritization skills.
• Direct experience in chemical management services contracts and service provision is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong persistence and follow-through while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills with the capability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to be detail-oriented and conduct thorough research.
• Strong proficiency with integrated data systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel, including knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas, and file importing/exporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
