This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel profitable expansion within the U.S. Department of Defense, federal government, military, law enforcement, and public safety sectors.
• Formulate commercial strategies, manage strategic account portfolios, and cultivate an opportunity pipeline throughout the government value chain.
• Identify immediate revenue prospects and long-term opportunities linked to future programs, specifications, qualifications, and Berry-compliant solutions.
• Manage key strategic accounts to achieve profitable revenue growth across designated applications.
• Seek, pursue, and secure new business by developing, qualifying, and overseeing an opportunity pipeline.
• Craft customer-specific value propositions and business cases, leading commercial initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee complex solution-selling efforts involving multiple stakeholders, technical requirements, qualification processes, and manufacturing partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and establish supply arrangements, long-term contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Be responsible for consolidated revenue forecasts for assigned accounts, programs, and new business ventures.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts.
• Ensure CRM opportunities, account plans, and financial projections are synchronized.
• Identify revenue deficiencies, customer risks, and forecast discrepancies, implementing corrective commercial actions.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers, end users, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and key government stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans outlining objectives, contact strategies, opportunity values, milestones, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate technical, operational, product management, and commercial resources to meet customer needs, conduct trials, facilitate qualification activities, and launch products.
• Complete necessary safety training, utilize PPE, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, capable of leading meetings, negotiations, and presentations in both languages.
• Experience in selling products that emphasize value-added problem-solving requiring technical qualification and specification.
• Expertise in hook and loop, adhesive tapes, print-related applications, converting technologies, and the military sector.
• Experience managing opportunities involving technical development, customer trials, qualifications, specifications, and multiple decision-makers.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in account management, business development, sales leadership, or complex solution selling.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring commercial staff and fostering accountability for results.
• A track record of delivering profitable growth, managing strategic accounts, and building enterprise-level customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 40–50% of the time.
• Candidates must be located in the Central U.S.
• Candidates should reside within a reasonable driving distance from a major international airport hub.
• MBA is preferred.
• Experience with military government is preferred.
• Familiarity with DLA, Natick, PEO Soldier, or similar organizations is preferred.
