This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Achieve or surpass yearly revenue goals for facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration/metrology services.
• Formulate and execute focused sales strategies for facility validation and instrument qualification/calibration services.
• Discover new construction projects through industry websites, construction databases, trade publications, associations, filings, and market analysis.
• Conduct in-person client meetings, lead discussions with stakeholders, and finalize contracts.
• Aim for 15 in-person client meetings each month with key decision makers.
• Maintain the opportunity pipeline within the CRM system.
• Follow up on pending proposals and document opportunity closure details.
• Provide monthly reports on wins, losses, and open opportunities to sales and operational leadership.
• Act as a subject matter expert in facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration/metrology.
• Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to strategically position programs within the Eurofins network.
• Comprehend client scientific, regulatory, and business requirements to develop technical work scopes and solutions.
• Facilitate project hand-off meetings with project management and operations teams.
• Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory updates.
• Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to network and advocate for services.
• Located in the Western US.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences, environmental sciences, engineering, or business administration.
• At least 3 years of directly relevant sales experience in facility validation/environmental monitoring and/or instrument calibration/metrology services.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing.
• A proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without any restrictions or sponsorship.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with FDA, cGMP, and ISO 17025 standards.
