This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire new commercial facilities maintenance accounts via personal outreach, referrals, and market engagement.
• Enhance the growth of existing accounts by expanding services and locations.
• Create capability presentations, one-pagers, case studies, proposal materials, marketing campaigns, trade show representation, and outreach content.
• Formulate a go-to-market strategy that integrates the Construction and Facilities Maintenance divisions.
• Manage the entire sales process from discovery and site evaluations to RFP/RFQ submissions, proposals, negotiations, and transitioning to operations.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure sold scopes are executed on schedule, within budget, and profitably.
• Keep precise CRM records and project sales forecasts for strategic leadership planning.
• A minimum of five years in B2B sales or business development, demonstrating a history of acquiring new accounts and achieving quotas.
• Preferably, direct sales experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a closely related B2B service, with the ability to sell multi-year service contracts.
• Established connections with commercial facility managers, property managers, or procurement professionals, or the capability to quickly develop these relationships.
• Proficient in managing the complete sales cycle, including RFP and RFQ submissions, site evaluations, proposals, and negotiation processes.
• Experience in creating and utilizing marketing materials that facilitate sales, such as capability presentations, case studies, one-pagers, proposal documents, and outreach campaigns.
• Familiarity with developing a marketing or go-to-market strategy that ideally unifies multiple service lines or business segments under a cohesive narrative.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and the commitment to maintain an accurate and predictable sales pipeline.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with a readiness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
