This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-country strategy for the dealer channel focused on robotic lawn and pool solutions.
• Create segmentation strategies for various channels, including garden specialists, forestry dealers, service providers, and pool specialists.
• Tailor go-to-market strategies to accommodate diverse dealer conditions, seasonal variations, and customer journeys.
• Identify and recruit key dealer partners and/or distributors within garden and pool sectors.
• Establish expansion priorities based on country, region, and channel type.
• Manage pricing structures, margin models, and commercial agreements for the dealer channel.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-in, sell-out, inventory turnover, margin, and service performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and After-Sales teams on product launches, dealer training, certification, and service ecosystems.
• Develop dealer-centric marketing strategies, including point-of-sale materials, promotions, demonstration programs, and events.
• Lead and mentor Business Development Managers across different regions.
• Establish objectives, coaching standards, and performance expectations.
• Employ structured, data-driven approaches to channel management.
• Over 10 years of experience in dealer-focused sales or business development.
• Experience in either garden/outdoor power equipment, robotic lawn mowers, or pool equipment and technical pool products.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-country dealer networks across Europe.
• In-depth knowledge of indirect sales and dealer economics.
• Strategic mindset coupled with practical execution skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity across various dealer types and cultural contexts.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Fluency in at least one major European language; preferred languages include German, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Europe.
