This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy for Sherweb’s Cyber Resilience portfolio.
• Advocate for Sherweb’s Cyber Resilience Marketplace both internally and externally.
• Manage and expand a territory encompassing Quebec, the Maritimes, and Ontario.
• Discover, assess, and chase new opportunities with MSP, VAR, and ITSP partners.
• Establish connections with partner security, technical, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CAMs on commercial relationships, account strategies, and pipeline evaluations.
• Direct consultative discovery, stakeholder mapping, product positioning, pricing negotiations, bundling presentations, and opportunity cultivation.
• Ensure CRM opportunity stages, close dates, values, forecasts, engagement notes, and next steps are accurately maintained.
• Remain informed on Cyber Resilience products, compliance and regulatory frameworks, AI governance trends, and partner requirements.
• Travel within Eastern Canada for partner development, site visits, events, and consultative engagements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in business development, channel sales, partner development, or a similar sales role.
• At least 2 years of experience in an indirect sales model with MSPs, VARs, ITSPs, or comparable channel partners.
• Experience in selling to or supporting partners in Eastern Canada, particularly in Quebec, the Maritimes, and Ontario.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential, including partner meetings, presentations, negotiations, and written communication in both languages.
• Familiarity with Cyber Resilience solutions such as EPP, MDR, XDR, email security, password management, compliance, identity, backup, disaster recovery, or business continuity solutions is preferred.
• Strong grasp of security, continuity, compliance, and resilience trends.
• Basic knowledge of foundational compliance and regulatory frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, FTC guidelines, HIPAA, PCI, or similar frameworks is beneficial.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, developing pipeline, managing forecasts, and fostering partner relationships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed within Eastern Canada.
