This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Identify key stakeholders within the NIPT market and establish a long-term business and sales strategy.
• Develop a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels.
• Actively engage in the sales process and lead a team of sales representatives.
• Advocate for the company’s products and services.
• Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Build and enhance a network of medical centers, clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories.
• Conduct training sessions and educational events to educate external partners about GenePlanet’s offerings.
• Observe the competitive landscape and pinpoint new business opportunities.
• Develop and oversee GenePlanet’s local NIPT operations in Australia.
• Propel sustainable financial growth through increased sales, client relationships, and market opportunities.
• A sales-driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• A robust background in sales representation, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving results.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the local healthcare industry, especially within the private sector.
• Proven leadership abilities; capable of collaborating in a team and independently engaging with key market stakeholders.
• Proficient in building and expanding a network of medical centers, clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories to promote and sell GenePlanet’s genetic testing products.
• Capable of delivering training sessions and educational events for external partners, particularly in gynecology, obstetrics, IVF, and oncology.
• Skilled at monitoring the competitive landscape and uncovering new business opportunities.
• Fieldwork and occasional travel to surrounding regions are necessary.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
• A medical education (in biotechnology, biology, medicine, biochemistry, or microbiology) and/or experience in gynecology and obstetrics is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the local NIPT market and products is a plus.
• Experience in the field of gynecology is advantageous.
