This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement strategic business development strategies aimed at large commercial clients, prominent accounts, and Fortune 500 companies.
• Establish and nurture enduring executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business prospects, including RFPs, RFIs, significant partnerships, and multi-year high-value contracts.
• Spearhead high-level negotiations and create national account agreements, such as master service agreements and memorandums of understanding.
• Provide guidance on major construction initiatives and offer customized solutions that align with Nexii’s products, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Keep track of industry trends, market changes, and competitive activities to enhance strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.
• Design, propose, and execute high-profile relationship programs.
• Present business reviews, trend analyses, revenue forecasts, and relationship-centric reports.
• Collaborate with teams in design, project management, operations, and technology partnerships.
• Oversee key internal and external relationships to guarantee a consistent client experience.
• Offer leadership, coaching, and mentorship to facilitate team development.
• Communicate strategies effectively among internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and secure consensus on terms and deliverables.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships in the construction or building materials sector.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, material procurement, and sustainable building practices.
• Familiarity with sustainable building technologies and frameworks, such as LEED.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Documented success in closing large-scale deals with Fortune 500 companies and major commercial developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building technologies is preferred.
