This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of key strategic accounts/customers to meet STAGES sales and profitability objectives.
• Develop and sustain actionable business plans that encompass activities, time management, and processes to reach revenue and profitability targets.
• Establish budgeting and sales forecasting methodologies.
• Ensure precise account records and sales pipeline updates in SFDC.
• Cultivate relationships with current indoor cycling operators and actively pursue additional STAGES sales.
• Comprehend customer business goals and identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
• Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, contract discussions, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal club sales and functional teams to deploy STAGES solutions and guarantee smooth project execution.
• Follow up on sales leads and respond to customer inquiries.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and tenders, detailing quotations, credit terms, delivery, service, and leasing alternatives.
• Execute joint key account strategies with partners to foster incremental business growth.
• Achieve forecasted sales and profitability in alignment with established targets.
• Gather and assess market data, track trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the fitness industry.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales objectives through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate sales team performance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from planning to closure.
• Solid business acumen and expertise in the cycling industry.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• In-depth knowledge of Precor and competing products and services is preferred.
• A Master’s degree in business administration or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Valid working permit or citizen ID card, with the capability to work in Shanghai, China.
