This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel Vendor revenue at TD SYNNEX by identifying and closing opportunities for Lenovo products.
• Establish Vendor-specific relationships with key TD SYNNEX customers.
• Collaborate with TD SYNNEX Latin America Sales to formulate and implement business plans and marketing strategies for designated product lines.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Field Sales, Product Marketing, and Vendor sales representatives and management.
• Act as the authority on the Lenovo product line for TD SYNNEX.
• Capture market share and enhance sales visibility for Lenovo and TD SYNNEX.
• Provide education to the sales team and customers about Lenovo technology and products.
• Build and sustain relationships with the Vendor field sales organization.
• Drive sales objectives, rebates, and milestones through the sales organization and direct customer engagement.
• Serve as a resource for information and data for customers and sales teams.
• Support bids, special sales situations, and vendor “meet comp” initiatives.
• Interact with customers and prospects regarding the vendor’s product offerings.
• Meet with customers in Latin America at the TD office in Miami or travel within the Latin America region to promote and sell the product line.
• Promote, educate, and assist in closing opportunities related to the vendor’s product line and programs.
• Plan and deliver vendor meeting presentations and product demonstrations.
• Conduct joint sales calls, reseller seminars, user group meetings, trade shows, road shows, and seminars.
• Participate in vendor training and provide customer and prospect presentations, training, and demonstrations.
• Act as a liaison between TD SYNNEX Latin America Sales and the Clearwater-based product management team.
• Develop reseller and sales programs tailored to Latin America in collaboration with Product Marketing and the vendor.
• Create advertising and sales incentive programs supported by vendor co-op funding.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to Clearwater Product Marketing.
• Track co-op accruals and optimize utilization.
• Monitor vendor rebate performance and relay relevant information to management and sales.
• Assist subsidiary offices with product and vendor information.
• Conduct a specific number of daily outbound calls to the reseller network.
• Leverage corporate resources to maximize opportunities within the territory and overall business.
• Support the Latin America team with vendor-related tasks and issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience that provides comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Over 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the Latin America market.
• Ability to build strong, effective working relationships with others.
• Capable of working constructively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in creating and delivering formal presentations.
• Demonstrate a high level of energy, intensity, competitiveness, and perseverance.
• Sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
• Clear communicator, able to convey necessary information effectively.
• Ability to interact effectively with all management levels.
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and speaking relevant foreign languages.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Skilled negotiator, able to promote/sell ideas persuasively and close deals with mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Proficient in preparing and analyzing reports and business correspondence.
• Committed to providing courteous, timely service when addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processors, and databases, at an intermediate level.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• College Degree in Business, IT (Engineering), or Marketing is preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and understood) is advantageous.
