Business Development Manager, Capital Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Propel the growth of the Standby Servicing offering among mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, and specialized financial services organizations.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with current clients and funding partners.

• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline of new business prospects.

• Achieve annual and monthly sales objectives.

• Oversee tenders, proposals, and new business ventures throughout the complete sales lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey from initial contact to implementation.

• Discover opportunities to broaden services within existing accounts.

• Represent Lenvi at industry events and networking gatherings.

• Maintain precise records of sales activities and pipeline information in Salesforce.

• Assist in contract negotiations and commercial discussions.

• Work with colleagues to uncover cross-selling opportunities across the broader Lenvi portfolio.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated business development or sales experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or a related field.

• Proven track record of securing new business and driving revenue growth.

• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in managing multiple opportunities across various stages of the sales cycle.

• Proactive and self-driven, with the capability to work independently.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Established connections within banks, lenders, investment funds, or other financial institutions are highly beneficial.

• Degree qualified or possess equivalent experience in financial services.

• Familiarity with Capital Markets and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) is advantageous.

• Experience with credit ratings agencies like Moody's, S&P, or Fitch is a plus.

• Experience working with European financial institutions and/or proficiency in an additional European language is a bonus.

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening checks is required.
