This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create a pipeline of opportunities to meet sales objectives while addressing customer challenges and ensuring effective internal communication.
• Oversee the Salesforce process and pipeline for the designated area.
• Strategically manage current accounts to boost revenue and enhance relationships.
• Assess opportunities with the production team, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Facilitate clients’ on-site visits and conduct due diligence processes.
• Ensure after-sales support through regular client calls or meetings to gauge satisfaction and anticipate future needs.
• Utilize communication and sales systems for prompt and precise reporting and forecasting.
• Tackle competitive challenges.
• Represent Virtuos at significant industry events.
• Work closely with the Associate Director of Business Development and the EMEA Director to foster cross-regional communication and collaboration.
• Set up standardized channels, frequency, and methods for routine updates across different regions.
• Build a network of contacts within non-profit and charitable organizations across North America.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant business development experience in a similar industry.
• Capability to collaborate with direct and external partners.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge and successful implementation of effective development strategies.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bilingual fluency (French and other languages are an asset).
• Willingness to travel for work.
