This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take ownership of and manage a designated sales territory within the performance and health sectors.
• Proactively generate a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts and marketing-generated inbound leads.
• Carry out both in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Organize and supervise client trials.
• Collaborate with Contracts and Client Success teams to handle full-cycle sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets based on the number of systems sold.
• Effectively manage pipeline activities utilizing CRM tools.
• Participate in conferences and deliver product demonstrations in clinical, performance, and tactical environments.
• Cultivate new leads and discover additional opportunities for VALD.
• Utilize industry knowledge and product expertise to showcase the business advantages of VALD systems.
• Represent VALD in a professional manner at conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
• Build and maintain client relationships within the assigned territory.
• Candidates must reside within a 90-minute commute of the Seattle metropolitan area.
• Applicants from outside the territory should be prepared to relocate within 30 days of the offer/start date.
• Willingness to travel within a 3–4-hour radius of their residence.
• A background in allied health or performance (such as PT, ATC, S&C, Exercise Science, or related fields).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; preferred candidates should have over 2 years of field experience.
• Excellent communication skills in in-person, virtual, and written formats.
• Comfort with cold prospecting through drop-ins, calls, and emails.
• Confidence in engaging with professionals at all levels, from students to executives.
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Prior field sales experience will be considered only if it aligns with a clinical background and involves subscription-based sales models.
• Approximately 50% travel required, primarily within the region.
• A reliable personal vehicle is necessary.
• Ability to transport and demonstrate VALD equipment, including carrying demo equipment weighing up to approximately 75 lbs.
• Standard working hours with occasional evenings or weekends required for conferences, events, or lead follow-up.
• Successful candidates must pass background checks, including identity and criminal record checks.
• Commission and on-target bonus structure.
• Home office setup or co-working allowance provided.
