Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Advocate for Stallard Kane’s Health & Safety, HR, and Compliance services among regional stakeholders.

• Meet annual financial growth objectives contributing to the overall company budget.

• Enhance and nurture existing relationships to secure revenue and boost policy sales.

• Seek out new relationships and opportunities for policy sales.

• Manage and resolve inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

• Participate in industry exhibitions, dinners, and corporate events throughout the UK as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a cohesive team.

• Keep track of industry trends and activities that impact customers and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in business development within the Health & Safety sector.

• Valid driving license without any restrictions.

• Strong technical knowledge of the HR and Health & Safety markets.

• Proven track record of achieving income targets.

• Experience in supporting the development of propositions for products, services, and/or client servicing solutions.

• Comfortable and confident public speaker.

• Outstanding presentation skills with an engaging delivery style.

• Ability to present effectively to audiences of varying sizes.

• Completion of necessary employment checks prior to starting, including verification of recent employment, address, credit history, and standard criminal record check.
