This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Foster robust relationships with broker members and insurer partners to enhance growth and engagement.
• Recognize and cultivate commercial opportunities that provide value for members and partners.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact, offering support, guidance, and solutions.
• Advocate for the network’s products, services, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assist in member retention, development, and new business expansion.
• Participate in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at business improvement and broader strategic projects.
• Assist member brokers in maximizing the benefits available through the network.
• Address challenges and enhance engagement with both members and insurer partners.
• Experience in the insurance sector, preferably in broking, underwriting, account management, or business development.
• Strong comprehension of the insurance market and broker distribution channels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial insight with the capability to identify and cultivate growth opportunities.
• Proactive and self-driven with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel.
• CII qualifications or progress towards them are desirable.
• Experience with broker management systems and management information tools is advantageous.
• Background checks, including employment history, address, credit history, and standard criminal record checks, required prior to employment.
