This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Achieve and surpass Nutrafol sales targets within a designated territory covering North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Promote and sell products to prospective clients in the territory.
• Implement strategic initiatives and sales activities aimed at boosting sales and market share.
• Deliver approved marketing materials and field-based promotions.
• Provide customer-focused practice-building service and support.
• Cultivate relationships through in-person educational and informational meetings, as well as customer follow-ups.
• Organize physician training programs, practice enhancement in-services, and open houses.
• Maintain communication and collaborative relationships with leadership, coworkers, and assigned accounts.
• Engage in company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls, and other business gatherings.
• Manage expenses judiciously and submit expense reports promptly with valid business justifications and ROI.
• Adhere to company standards, policies, and uphold honesty and integrity.
• Upsell the product portfolio, identify product champions, and implement marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to enhance territory coverage and customer relationships.
• Attend local and national trade shows to represent Nutrafol and promote sales opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 6 years of demonstrated success in Field Sales with a record of achieving and surpassing goals.
• Preferred experience in medical, surgical, and/or pharmacologic sales to Health Care Practitioners in the Aesthetic Space.
• Proven history of sustained high performance in the current role and a strong ability to learn and demonstrate clinical and product expertise.
• Capacity to be flexible and adaptable as the organization grows and evolves.
• Passionately promote Nutrafol products while providing customers with Best in Class service and support.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify, create, and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within your territory (North Carolina and South Carolina).
• Must maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all actions and communications.
• A solution-oriented problem solver and a collaborative team member at Nutrafol.
• Must reside in North Carolina or South Carolina and be located near a major airport.
• Must be available to travel 4 days a week by car or plane within this market.
