This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take full responsibility for all aspects of prospecting and lead generation within the designated territory.
• Establish and oversee a strong pipeline of opportunities, transforming leads into new accounts.
• Present sales pitches and product demonstrations that highlight NDX’s value proposition.
• Secure new business contracts to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field, visiting prospects and clients on a daily basis.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dentists, office personnel, and other decision-makers.
• Engage in discovery conversations to pinpoint customer needs and align NDX services accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with NDX labs to guarantee an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Coordinate internal teams for account setup, communication, and service delivery.
• Connect new customers with labs to ensure a successful transition and foster long-term partnerships.
• Create and implement a strategic territory plan.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and performance relative to goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN HOUSTON, TX.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize tasks, and achieve results.
• Experience with tracking customer opportunities using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relentless drive, grit, and determination to attract new customers and increase revenue.
• Highly motivated, self-reliant, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Collaborative approach focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Capability to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach regularly.
• Fine motor skills and/or capacity to perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and other necessary documentation.
• Proficiency in effectively communicating technical information.
• Ability to operate office equipment, small machinery, sharp hand-held tools, and handle blood borne pathogens and chemicals.
