Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of all prospecting and lead generation activities within the designated territory.

• Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, successfully converting leads into new accounts.

• Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight NDX’s value proposition.

• Finalize new business contracts to achieve or surpass revenue objectives.

• Spend the majority of time in the field, meeting with prospects and customers on a daily basis.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, office personnel, and other key decision-makers.

• Conduct exploratory discussions to pinpoint customer needs and position NDX’s services as the optimal solution.

• Collaborate closely with NDX labs to guarantee a top-notch onboarding experience for new clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless account setup, communication, and service delivery.

• Act as a liaison between new clients and labs to facilitate a successful transition and foster long-term partnerships.

• Formulate and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at maximizing new business growth.

• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and performance relative to targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and market opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or near Charlotte, NC / Charlotte, NC metropolitan area.

• Must be available full-time during standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Possess an unwavering drive, resilience, and determination to acquire new customers and increase revenue.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building trust and rapport swiftly.

• Previous experience tracking customer opportunities in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.

• Strategic mindset complemented by strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Highly driven, self-reliant, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Team-oriented attitude focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Capability to read and interpret prescriptions and other necessary documentation.

• Proficiency in effectively communicating technical information.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach; demonstrate fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions.
