This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of all prospecting and lead generation efforts within the designated territory.
• Create and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, successfully converting leads into new accounts.
• Provide sales presentations and product demonstrations effectively.
• Secure new business deals to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• Conduct daily field visits to prospects and customers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dentists, office staff, and other key decision-makers.
• Engage in discovery conversations to assess customer needs and align NDX services as suitable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with NDX labs to guarantee exceptional onboarding for new customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding account setup, communication, and service delivery.
• Facilitate smooth transitions and foster long-term partnerships between new customers and labs.
• Create and implement a strategic plan for the territory.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and performance relative to goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market opportunities.
• Candidates must reside in or near Boston, MA.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience in tracking customer opportunities using a CRM, ideally Salesforce.com.
• Capability to independently manage a territory, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
• A relentless drive, tenacity, and determination to acquire new customers and boost revenue.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• A collaborative approach focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• A valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach regularly.
• Fine motor skills and/or ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting prescriptions and other necessary documentation.
