This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design, execute, and sustain marketing and sales strategies aligned with company and personal objectives.
• Ensure the satisfaction of existing referral sources while pinpointing future fleet-management requirements.
• Create marketing initiatives and strategies aimed at potential referral sources and clients.
• Identify and cultivate market segments to accomplish marketing and sales targets.
• Discover and engage new prospects to secure new business opportunities.
• Offer business-to-business fleet management solutions, encompassing fleet leasing, service programs, technology options, and fleet consultation.
• Assist commercial clients in acquiring commercial fleet software and services.
• Research and identify prospective fleet-management clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, industry events, professional networks, and digital marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships to enhance satisfaction, foster repeat business, and encourage referrals.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements effectively.
• Conduct market research and keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams.
• Market vehicle leasing, maintenance, fuel license programs, outsourcing, and other support services.
• Discuss fleet-cycle and replacement strategies with potential clients.
• Arrange meetings with C-suite executives and deliver professional presentations.
• Secure long-term client commitments to support sustainable growth.
• Work alongside Client Partnership Managers and the Transition Team during client onboarding processes.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional literature, networking, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Must reside in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area.
• Experience in the fleet leasing industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive sector, including trends, vehicle types, features, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with fleet management practices and solutions.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Proficient in executing consultative selling processes.
• Capability to manage the onboarding of new fleet customers, including initial product setup and training on Mike Albert Fleet Software, technology, and services.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial aspects of equipment leasing.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening abilities.
• Capacity to create compelling oral and written proposals that quantify the overall impact of Mike Albert solutions.
• Results-driven and highly innovative in presenting and positioning solutions.
• Ability to analyze client challenges and devise effective sales and closing strategies.
• Skill in establishing priorities and achieving objectives.
• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Attention to detail in handling contracts, pricing, and client information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
