This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a team of BDRs to meet and surpass quarterly performance objectives.
• Foster accountability, consistency, and execution in outbound sales initiatives.
• Cultivate a culture centered on professionalism, urgency, responsiveness, and continuous growth.
• Identify and nurture top talent while actively managing underperformance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and development plans.
• Ensure the team meets expectations for outbound activities across calls, emails, follow-ups, and prospecting coverage.
• Track outbound activity, engagement levels, talk time, and metrics related to pipeline generation.
• Enhance conversion rates from conversations to meetings, meetings to completed meetings, and completed meetings to proposal opportunities.
• Refine messaging, objection handling techniques, scripts, and outreach strategies based on performance analytics.
• Hold weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with each BDR.
• Review recorded calls and offer structured coaching on qualification, objection handling, and conversion effectiveness.
• Engage in live call blocks and provide real-time coaching sessions.
• Support training on industry knowledge, product positioning, sales messaging, AI tools, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure accurate and timely usage of CRM throughout the team.
• Uphold standards for activity logging, note-taking, follow-up tracking, deal hygiene, lead routing, and SLA compliance.
• Monitor dashboards and reports to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Align with Account Executives and leadership on maintaining meeting quality and pipeline standards.
• Guarantee that 100% of BDR activity is recorded in the CRM within 24 hours.
• Review a minimum of 10 recorded calls per BDR each month.
• Dedicate at least 3 hours weekly to listening to live calls or participating in call blocks.
• Examine team dashboards multiple times weekly and monitor outbound performance on a daily basis.
• Ensure inbound leads are addressed within SLA requirements.
• Maintain effective communication and follow-through with BDRs, AEs, and leadership.
• 3–7+ years of experience in sales leadership or BDR management.
• Demonstrated success in leading outbound sales or SDR/BDR teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
• Solid CRM discipline and experience in reporting.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• Experience in managing or coaching Business Development Representatives.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate services is advantageous.
