This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects within industrial and municipal sectors.
• Develop and implement regional business development strategies in alignment with revenue and profitability goals.
• Cultivate a robust pipeline of significant capital project opportunities.
• Forge trusted relationships with clients, consulting engineers, regulators, and industry collaborators.
• Create pathways for multi-year engagements that include capital sales alongside service contracts, DBOO, and DB&O arrangements.
• Position Envirogen as a recognized expert in complex engineered treatment solutions.
• Conduct in-depth discovery to comprehend customer challenges, technical needs, commercial motivations, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to tailor customized treatment solutions.
• Provide support for projects from initial studies and pilot programs all the way to full-scale execution.
• Illustrate lifecycle cost savings, return on investment, and total cost of ownership advantages to clients.
• Generate and assess opportunities through proactive business development efforts.
• Prepare and present persuasive technical presentations and proposals.
• Lead commercial negotiations and discussions regarding contracts.
• Propel opportunities to successful awards and project transitions.
• Meet regional revenue and profitability objectives.
• Expand qualified pipeline opportunities and order intake for large capital systems initiatives.
• Enhance recurring revenue through service and operational agreements.
• Transform early-stage engagements into sole-source or preferred supplier arrangements.
• Maintain consistent accuracy in forecasting and excellence in CRM.
• Fortify presence within engineering, regulatory, and industry association networks.
• Proven experience in securing DBOO, DB&O, or capital-plus-service contracts.
• Strong grasp of lifecycle cost analysis, ROI modeling, and value-based selling techniques.
• Background in industrial sectors such as hydrocarbon processing, chemical manufacturing, power generation, or general manufacturing.
• Capability to conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and formulate strategic territory plans.
• High levels of emotional intelligence, customer orientation, relationship-building skills, and commercial resilience.
