This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel business expansion for the Ontario team.
• Manage a sales territory while fostering and sustaining robust customer relationships.
• Identify new sales opportunities and achieve territory sales objectives.
• Represent the Company in a highly professional and exemplary manner.
• Deliver technical customer service, clinical support, and product training.
• Enhance and sustain existing business while generating new opportunities through competitive conversions and market share growth.
• Achieve annual sales targets and related sales metrics.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clinic owners, dispensers, and audiologists.
• Maintain precise customer contacts, appointments, call notes, and other relevant data in the CRM.
• Develop and present an annual territory business plan along with QBR updates to the RSM, Director of Sales, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Assess territory performance against objectives and implement actions for improvement.
• Ensure that territory sales activities adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Train internal staff and customers on Company products and services.
• Collaborate with Marketing at conferences, trade shows, seminars, and workshops, including the development and presentation of slide decks.
• A relevant post-secondary degree is mandatory.
• Formal education in hearing care (Audiology, HIS) is essential.
• At least 5 years of Sales experience is required, preferably in a healthcare or hearing aid clinic environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills, coupled with technical proficiency.
• Capability to represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
• Frequent travel (50%–70%) within the territory, and occasionally to Canada or internationally.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com), as well as Excel and PowerPoint software.
• Ability to navigate a complex environment with a diverse range of tasks, including sales, training, technical support, and telephone assistance.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle (maximum 6 years old).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
